TachoPlus Dashboard

TachoPlus STANDARD ist als skalierbare Einzelplatzlösung konzipiert. Sie ist ideal als Einfahrerlösung, eignet sich aber auch für Betriebe bis 100 Fahrer. Profitieren Sie von einer professionellen Lösung mit grossem Leistungsumfang: Die Standardedition verfügt über alle Funktionen für eine ge­setz­es­kon­forme Bewirt­schaf­tung der Fahrer- und Fahrzeugdaten. Dazu gehören insbesondere die ARV-konforme Auswertung (ARV1 und ARV2) sowie die Bewertung der Daten nach VO 561/2006, EG 2002/15, EU VO 165/2014, DE-FPersV und AETR.

 

Eine Kalenderfunktion gibt fortlaufend Auskunft über den aktuellen Stand der Archivierung und erinnert an vorgegebene Archivierungszyklen für Fahrerkarten und Fahrzeugdaten. Die Datenarchivierung erfolgt in einer professionellen SQL-Datenbank mit automatisierter Datensicherung für maximalen Schutz Ihrer wertvollen Daten. TachoPlus STANDARD ermöglicht zudem das Handling von Ersatzdaten, z. B. bei Fahrten ohne Fahrerkarte. Auch erstellt TachoPlus STANDARD Korrekturprotokolle bei fehlerhafter Tachographenbedienung – wie etwa bei einer fehlenden Pausenschaltung.

Expenses – expense calculations

Enables the definition and recording of expense rates, differentiated by employee group. You can also freely define and record additional working hours and absences.

Expert – Extended analyses

This TachoPlus add-on module contains additional professional functions that are otherwise only available to the authorities.

Scan – reading diagram discs

You can capture the previous chart discs with any scanner and automatically combine them with the digital data so that the drivers’ operating times are fully recorded. To improve efficiency, a specialised feed scanner can be used for a large number of tachograph discs.

Shift times – Configurable time ranges

Separate time counting for configurable times of day or night, which you can display in separate columns in the reports.

Statistics – Reducing Infringements and Fines
